JAY-Z Addresses Kanye & Disses Kim on Meek Mill’s New Album ‘CHAMPIONSHIPS’

First of all… let me start off by giving Meek Mill a standing ovation. His whole album is FIRE!!!!! I could go on and on about each track but I know the attention span of some of y’all wouldn’t be here for all that so let me just spill this tea so I can go back to listening to ‘Champions’.

Shortly after Meek’s new album hit streaming services, the fan’s beef radar went off on song number 5, “What’s Free” featuring Rick Ross and Jay Z. Meek and Ross did their thing on the track, hands down, but it was Jay Z that came in for the kill.

Hov can be heard spitting a number of lines that reference Kanye’s support of Donald Trump and his affinity for the MAGA hat. He even went as far as to compare Beyonce and Kim Kardashian; how Beyonce is the better pick of course!

No red hat, don’t Michael and Prince me and Ye/They separate you when you got Michael and Prince’s DNA/I ain’t one of these house n***as you bought/My house like a resort, my house bigger than yours/My spo—c’mon, man—my route better of course

Although Jay and Kanye were once considered a hip hop power duo, that has deteriorated over the past several years.

In the days leading up to Meek releasing CHAMPIONSHIPS, he reiterated his criticism of Kanye’s allegiance to Donald Trump. He told the media that he even tried to pressure Kanye to ditch his scheduled meeting with Trump. We all know that didn’t happen. I guess the diss on the album is fair game since a lot of people feel Kanye dissed black people as a whole with his support of Trump.

You can stream Meek’s new album now on all major streaming services, including Apple Music/iTunes. Below you can listen to Jay Z diss Kanye in the track “What’s Free”.
